Marie Haynes Fain

For many years Mrs. Fain was a sales associate at Robby's Army-Navy Surplus Store in downtown Martinsville. In addition to being a homemaker and a gardener, she also had a passion for dogs and hummingbirds. A charter member of the Calvary Christian Church, Marie Fain's quiet presence in the community will be very much missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Hardin Fain, her son, Murray Steven Fain, and her brother, Morton D. Haynes, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Martinsville and will be officiated by Reverend Mike Carrow. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Roselawn Burial Park.

Memorial contributions for Marie Fain may be made to Calvary Christian Church, 515 Mulberry Road, Martinsville, VA 24112.
