Roger Claude Cousins

In addition to his father, Roger was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Hannah Cousins.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda Tatum Cousins; sons, Justin Cousins (Lorina) and Jeremy Cousins (Brandi); daughter, Amber Kendall (Mitch); grandchildren, Kayla Cousins, Nate Cousins, Joe Cousins, Kaylee Cousins, Jaci Cousins and Easton Kendall; brother, Chris Cousins and sister, Betty Hancock; also, a niece and nephew.

Roger loved his family and church family at Mount Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church. He especially loved being with his grandchildren and he also looked forward to spending time with his good friend, Josh, at his place of business. Playing the guitar was one of Roger’s favorite joys in life and he enjoyed playing on the worship team at church. He loved being outdoors and raising a large garden. He also enjoyed helping Ronda can fruits and vegetables from their garden.

A visitation will be held at Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Church at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 25, 2026, and will be officiated by Reverends Garry Tatum, Steve Tatum and Gary Shupe.
