Mason, Michigan
Age 83, died January 13, 2014; born August 8, 1930 to Dale and Charlotte Resler. Argel was a veteran of the Korean War and a Purple Heart Recipient. He was a combat photographer for the Marine Corp. Argel was a lifetime member of the Moore Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of Odon, Indiana. He had been a Boy Scout Leader in Dansville; a private pilot and a farmer. He was a passionate gardener and had the prettiest garden in the county. Argel was also a member of the Audubon Society. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Beverly (Powell) Resler; daughters, Lora (Jack) Freer, Charla Jo (Karl) Mitchell; sons, Thomas (Patty) Resler, John (Chelley) Resler; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.
