Mason, MI
Claude Wesley, age 90, born March 4, 1921, in Mason, was completely healed when released into the arms of Jesus on August 1, 2011. Claude retired from Mason State Bank as Senior Vice President, was a milkman with Mason Dairy Company, and took tremendous pride in his work on the family farm early in his life. He was a long-standing member of the First United Methodist Church of Mason, a proud member of the Mason Masonic Lodge #70, loyal volunteer at Ingham Regional Medical Center, and Meals on Wheels. Claude also served as Councilman for the City of Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris; brothers, Robert, Otis, Donald, Bernard; and nephew, Dennis. Surviving are his son, Dave and wife Denise; grandchildren, Justin and Paige; sister-in-law, Clare; and beloved companion, Mary Culham.
Claude so generously shared his love and wisdom with his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and also his very special friends. Our family is extremely thankful for the love and outstanding care he received from the staff of Green Acres, Heartland Hospice, and very special person, Sharon Sodman. To our dear Betty, there are no words to express our love and gratitude.
