Donald Leon Brown

Donald L. Brown, age 62, passed away August 19, 2017 at his home surrounded by family and friends. Donald was born January 15, 1955 to Donald J. and Eva (Ramalia) Brown. He was an avid outdoor sportsman and also had a passion for golf. Donald retired from GM after working 30 yrs. as a welder. He also served as a volunteer at Dansville Public School events.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Delores (Hendershot) Brown; children, Donnie (Jennifer) Higbie, David (Penny) Higbie, Roger (Margo) Higbie; grandchildren, Dustin (Caitlin) Higbie, Douglas Higbie, Amber and Autumn Densmore; great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Raelyn Higbie; sister, Vicki (Kerry) Butler; nephew, Corey (Stacy) Barrett; great-niece and great-nephew, Madison & Wyatt Barrett.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Ball Dunn Chapel, 621 S. Jefferson St., Mason, MI 48854 with the Rev. John Isham officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the funeral home.
