Kevin Matthew Whitaker was born August 13, 1959, in Vicksburg, MI, the son of the late William Lensy and Carolyn (Wright) Whitaker, and passed away January 7, 2015 at the age of 55. He worked in the electrical industry as a parts designer. Kevin loved model cars, stamps, records; he loved music, especially Jimi Hendrix and the Beatles and going camping. Most of all he liked spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife’s parents, Glenn and Patricia Snyder. Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Cindy (Snyder); stepchildren, Jason Howery, Jeremy (Lori) Howery and Stephanie (Josh) Christenson; 7 grandchildren, J.J., Faith, Brianna, Taylor, Loren, Brandon, and Mason; one brother, Ed Whitaker; and dear friends, Jerome Stewart and Billy Warner.
Services will be held at a later date.
