Mickey was an adventurer, moving 10 times in her first 12 years of marriage, and finally settling home in Mason on the family farm for over 50 years. Mickey and Tom were always on the go, whether it was far flung trips visiting all seven continents; frequent trips to Gulf Shores or Pleasant Lake; trips to see family in New Orleans, Rome and Canada or ballooning in far flung locations or closer to home. Her favorite trips always involved family. Mickey was very active in her community and church. She enjoyed sewing and made many personalized baby quilts still cherished by family and friends. She thoroughly enjoyed time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, never missing a birthday or the chance to participate in a field trip.
Mickey was the beloved wife of Thomas Bergeon; friend and sister to Pat (Joe) Williams; loving mother of Robert Bergeon, Thomas C. Bergeon, John Bergeon, David (Becky) Bergeon and Matt (Traci) Bergeon; cherished grandmother of Giulia Bergeon, Michael Bergeon, Amanda (Drew) Akins, Patrick Bergeon, Daniel (Jennifer) Harvey, Nikolai Jump, Isaak Jump, Ashton (Alexandra) Bergeon and Caitlin Bergeon; great grandmother of Eliza Akins, Ethan Harvey, Owen Harvey, Aden Earls, Finley Bergeon and James Bergeon; and cherished Aunt to a multitude of nieces and nephews.
