I worked with Claire at Hillcrest Hospital. She was ALWAYS a joy when I saw her and always tried to give me candy for my kids. I enjoyed seeing and talking to her. I am very sorry to hear of her passing and just heard of it today.  Its not the same here without her.

Claire was an active and loved member of the Volunteer Department at Hillcrest Hospital. She brought a smile to everyone she worked with as well as our patients. Her dedication was amazing and her energy level at 90 years old remarkable. She will be missed by everyone.  The picture of her captures her sprit as well as her beauty.

I know you and Chuck will remember because my memory of your beautiful mother goes way back to our childhood days.....I can still see her coming down those stairs at your home on Windsor Circle in that beautiful robe with the boa trim and her shoes with the same boa trim.  I was in awe at how beautiful, classy and elegant she was, how kind she was to me, and how she and your dad always made me feel so welcome in your loving home.  Even as an adult when we would run into each other your Mom always still made me feel so special.
