DOROTHY U. CAMPBELL (nee Uht) age 100, passed away August 12, 2020. Loving wife of the late Adriel; dear mother of Susan Ella (deceased), Robert (Mary Lee) and Richard (Sue). Proud grandmother of Rick, Jake, Will and Becca Campbell. Sister of Kay Woiwode and the following deceased: George, Donald, Mary Ellen Jobes and Joanne Polk. Raising her 3 children was such joy she presented each with personalized scrapbooks featuring events from their birth through high school graduation. Dorothy was a volunteer tax preparer for AARP serving economically disadvantaged people and delivered Meals On Wheels for 15 years. Her later years after she lost her husband and daughter were spent volunteering at St. Francis: festivals, treasurer of Senior Tuesday Club, Altar Angels and Eucharistic minister to homebound. She was also a finalist in a Pillsbury Bake-off contest ! She was an amazing women and will be missed dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Francis Altar Fund, Cleveland Clinic Hospice, 6801 Brecksville Rd. Independence, OH 44131 or EWTN. Relatives and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 18th at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 6850 Mayfield Rd. Gates Mills, OH 44040.
