GEORGE A. HOWER age 73. Retired commercial Operating Engineer for Local 18 for 50 years. Beloved husband of Michalene; dearest father of Kenneth; devoted grandfather of Jaycee and Makenna; dear brother of Linda Lang Hower. He loved restoring old trucks and cruising in his two favorite "Street Rods", a 1950 Ford Truck and 1949 Studebaker truck. He enjoyed being outdoors in the Metroparks, walking daily in the nearby Chapin Forest and working in his yard making it the envy of the neighborhood.
