In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dearly loved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Zoia, who left this world peacefully at her home on May 24, 2026, at the age of 93.
Zoia was the heart of our family — a woman whose kindness knew no limits and whose love touched everyone she met. She devoted her life to caring for others, always putting family, friends, and even strangers before herself. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and open doors, where everyone was welcomed with generosity and a full table.
She was a loving mother to Olga and Victor a proud grandmother to Alexander, Olga, and Arseniy, and a cherished great-grandmother to Kirill, Andrey, Alexa, and Vasiliy. Each of us carries a piece of her gentle spirit, her strength, and her unwavering love.
After retiring, Zoia fulfilled a dream of moving closer to the Black sea, creating a special place where her grandchildren could spend joyful summers by her side. Those days were filled with laughter, sunshine, and memories we will treasure forever.
She found joy in the simple, beautiful things in life. She loved cross-stitching, embroidering, crocheting and knitting, and she was exceptionally skilled, creating pieces that will remain treasured reminders of her talent and patience. She also had a deep love for her garden — tending to her plants and crops with care and dedication, finding peace and happiness in watching things grow under her hands.
She had a special tenderness for animals, especially dogs, showing them the same compassion and care she gave to people. She had a gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved.
We will miss her more than words can express. Yet we hold onto the hope that one day we will meet again.
Following her wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements for cremation are with the DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home.
