He is survived by his son, Lee (Lisa), his daughter, Jodi Jacobson of Boca Raton, Fl, his
stepdaughter, Kristin Gloria (Tony) and his grandchildren Drew Jacobson, Alexa Paul (Matt),
Sam Abrams, Dylan Goldstein, Levana Gloria and Ari Gloria, and his great grandchild, Sloane
Paul.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY to Johanna and Louis Goldstein. He was educated at City College
New York, Columbia University Graduate School, Downstate Medical School, General Surgery
Residency at Coral Gables Veterans Hospital. He enjoyed his medical career teaching residents
at the VA and Jackson Memorial Hospital and in private practice in Miami.
He cherished his Judaic learning, travel, reading, and most of all, his time with his family and
dear friends.
The funeral service will be held at Temple Beth Am (5950 N. Kendall Dr, Pinecrest, FL) on
Sunday, August 22 at 12:30pm, and will be available via Live Stream at
tbam.org/haroldgoldstein. Internment will follow at 2:30 pm at Lakeside Memorial Park (10301
NW 25 Street, Miami).
Donations in Dr. Goldstein’s memory may be made to the Jewish charity of your choice so that
blessings to celebrate his life are spread far and wide.
