Helaine is survived by; son Alexander Philip Bartolome; father Jack Cohen and mother Donna Cohen; sister Lynda Cohen Maques, sister Andrea Mayhew and brother Jeffrey Lipman.

Helaine was preceded in death by her late husband Juan Bartolome.

A funeral service for Helaine will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels at Mount Nebo (Kendall), 5900 SW 77th Ave, Miami, Florida 33143. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Mount Nebo Kendall Memorial Gardens, 5900 SW 77th Ave, Miami, Florida 33143.
