A un año de la dolorosa partida de nuestro querido Javi, se queda su sonrisa  acompañando nuestra memoria, se fue su persona, se quedó su alma limpia y linda alrededor de todos nosotros.
No es consuelo no tenerlo cerca, nadie lo puede sustituir, pero es innegable que dejó profunda huella a su paso por nuestras vidas.

Por lo mismo hay que honrarlo siempre!

No matter how young or how old, how healthy or how sick, how expected or unexpected, there is nothing one can do to brace themselves for the loss of a child.  It is the most unfair and unjust thing a parent could ever have to endure.  Glorita, Juanito, y Jorge, we are absolutely heartbroken over the loss of Javier.  Find solace in the wonderful memories you have of him.  Find strength in in the outpouring of love from friends and family that mourn his loss with you.  Rest in peace Tati.  There is a gaping hole in our hearts without you.

Gloria, Juanito and Family.  There are no words to express our pain and sorrow on the passing of beloved Javier.  We have been thinking of him every second of every day.  With great pain in our hearts  we find extremely difficult to comprehend the extent of this massive tragedy.  We pray for the soul of Javier and for the family specially for the  wonderful parents, Juan and Gloria who always looked for the well being of their child providing guidance and direction.  I am sure that both should be extremely proud of our Javier.  We will never forget Javi who has a special place in heaven.  May he rest in peace.  We love him forever.  We are so, so Sad.

Querida familia Pérez,  no hay palabras de  consuelo ,  no hay  palabras para  expresar  el dolor que hemos sentido con esta  horrible tragedia ,  no hemos dejado de pensar en ustedes , en su sufrimiento , en su infinito dolor , ....Hablar de Javi sería muy difícil no me  alcanzarían  las  páginas , un niño bueno , humilde, sincero ,  cariñoso , humano, , con un gran corazón ,,..., lo quise mucho y el lo sabía , y lo voy a querer  por siempre , el tiene un lugar especial en mi corazón, cada fecha importante , "cada día de las Madres" recibi   su  muy cariñosa felicitacion" que siempre voy a recordar con infinito cariño; se que siempre vivirá en el corazón de sus padres , hernanos, abuelos,  tíos, primas , su familia y en cada persona  que lo quería,  Descansa en Paz  Javy , love you forever  ,   con todo mi  corazón Mary 

I never been the type that knows a lot about accounts. I remember going to Javi for help and he tuck his time not just selling me the phone, but also downloading apps for me and email lol so after that the joke in the barbershop was “ bro you have your stuff right thanks to javi  cuz AT&T Would’ve kik you out long time ago. “. Every time someone die people said , he/she was a good person, but this time we really loss a great soul. Javi I would always keep you in my heart cut you had an space in yours for me we will be miss , but you will always be remembered with love   No body will ever take your place, you live in our heart forever ❤️🙏🙏🙏

Man I just can’t believe this!!!!! I was blowing you up everyday to go ride ski and didn’t know what was up! I’m blown away!JAVI YOU WOULD NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!my brother so many awesome memories! Prayers we send to the Perez family.  David, Jamala, and I remember some fun memories of Javier as a child. May the love of family and friends comfort you during these difficult days, our most heartfelt condolences to you.

When I first heard the news, I was in shock and didn't want to believe that it was true. I will always rememeber all the great times we had working together. You were a friend and will always remember the times we gave each other advice, the laughs, the time you helped me with my car problems, and just being a wonderful person. You are gone too soon, but God has a plan and you are truly going to be missed. Rest in peace by friend. 

Dearest Perez Family, Words cannot express the sadness we feel about Javi's passing. We are here to support you in your grieving any way we can. I will always remember our trips together, our gatherings, laughing with him and sharing wonderful times together. We will never forget him. He will always be in our hearts and prayers.  What we have once enjoyed and loved we can never lose. All that we loved so deeply becomes a part of us forever. To my brother Javy,

We met in South Miami Middle, turned a friendship to a brotherhood. I enjoyed you and your brothers company whether at your house or mine, we were always together.  You were always great at motivating and picking me up at my low points. We shared many battles together and always had each others back. Your fearlessness was unmatchable. I'm proud of the man you were and i'm honored to have had the opportunity to call you a brother. I LOVE YOU ALWAYS, Rest In Paradise. My Condolences to the Perez Family. 



Javy, my beloved uncle, your unmatched charm and way of being is something I’ve always admired about you. I idolize you so much that Your fire will forever burn in me. And for anyone who meets me, will be touched by a little piece of you that will always live inside of me. My jokes, my smirk, my love, my confidence will be a reflection of what you have instilled in me and I can’t thank you enough for the figure you have been in my life. Not only a loving uncle, but a true friend. Such unconditional love has affected me in the greatest form and I have you to thank for that. In your name, I shine. I love you with all I got J. While everyone did call me mom. You were the closest to it. Heck you and my son share the same name. Being your manager was never a dull moment. And the Midtown team is saddened. We will never forget you and we will always keep you in our hearts. We love you forever.
