Hallandale Beach, Florida. Jeffrey Minkoff, 77, passed away on October 20, 2022. Born on September 29, 1945,
in Newark, New Jersey. Jeffrey grew up in South Orange and moved to Miami in 1977. He was a successful businessman, founding Aaron Notary Appointment Services Inc. along with his dear friend Erika Espinoza.
Jeffrey was always remembered for his devotion and loyalty to his family and friends. He is survived by his son Jarret Minkoff, two grandchildren, Justin and Corey, sisters Susan M Gordon (Kenneth) and Debra M Katz (Richard), and many nieces and nephews.
