“ Jeffrey Steiner, born November 22nd, 1961, passed away on November 8th, 2024.
An exceptional husband, father, son, brother, friend, newfound g-pop, coach, and a mentor to all. He bled orange and blue, a true Gator in every sense of the word, and he never let you forget it. He formed a brotherhood at the University of Florida through his fraternity Pi Lamda Phi, that remains to this day. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Tina, his three daughters (Brittany, Samantha, Julie), granddaughter (Summer), and his mother (Susan) and predeceased by his father (Harold).
A community man that selflessly went through life, trying to help anyone and everyone, in any way he possibly could. If he wasn’t riding his bike, playing pickleball, or swimming laps, he was making someone laugh, giving them advice or spending time with the people he loved. He effortlessly appreciated the simplest things in life. Everyday, he was grateful, and he made sure to spread that to everyone around him. His integrity never wavered, and neither did his loyalty. He was the first one to wish you a happy birthday or holiday, every single year.
He was thoughtful, generous, warm, and incredibly brilliant. If you had a question about anything, you knew you could call Jeff Steiner. To know him is to love him, and the world will never be the same without his infectious light.
The family will be receiving friends and loved ones immediately after the internment.
A funeral service for Jeffrey will be held Monday, November 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels at Mount Nebo (Kendall), 5900 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33143.
