Marc always called me "Kiddo". He was referred by a family friend for whom Marc battled none other than the Ford Motor Co. He was the best attorney I ever dealt with, one of the smartest people I've ever known and a good friend. I will be forever grateful for everything he did for me and my family. On a personal note, I will also be eternally grateful to him for his persistence that I take up the game of golf and stick with it, all the golf tips, and his generous invitations to play at Westview where Marc was a member. I often remember Marc when I don't "hit 'em straight".  I still have those Ping titanium Golf Clubs he so insistently told me I needed to buy because they would last forever. Like everything Marc ever told me, it was true.  I will never forget how Marc bravely strapped on a life jacket and jumped overboard to attempt to untangle fishing line that had disabled one of the motors on my boat about 50 miles from the coast. He was fearless. Although he was unsuccessful, his personality made the long, 3 hour return trip on only one motor (and the day as a whole) one of the most memorable fishing trips ever. His only complaint, that the boat didn't get cable tv. Although we lost contact over the years, I will miss you my friend.

I was a friend of Marc's Mom Ethel Goldman. My late husband and l were lucky enough to have experienced some of Marc's cooking. Also, Ethel and l journeyed from boca for a lucious sushi lunch Marc  had made. He also was my attorney when l had my bicycle accident. He was a great human being with many talents and l shall miss him 
I just found out about his death and that's why this is late coming.
