Weinberg, Patricia, "Patti" loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on September 12, 2015. Patti was born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania on March 13, 1934. She graduated from the Jefferson College of Nursing in Philadelphia in 1957. Patti was a private duty nurse who loved caring for her patients and worked in all of the Miami hospitals. One of her cases brought her to Miami in 1962 where she met the love of her life, Harry. They were married in December 1965 in Miami where they began to raise their family. They were looking forward to celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in December. Patti loved spending time with her family in Miami and in Naples. She is survived by her husband, Harry; her daughter Michelle; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law, Didi; her son-in-law Chris Reed; and her grandchildren Dylan, Emma and Brianna. Patti was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Services will take place at 11:00 A.M. on September 17, 2015 at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels at Mount Nebo located at 5900 S.W. 77th Ave., Miami, Florida 33143. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the memory of Patricia Weinberg to Miami Children's Hospital at 3100 SW 62 Avenue, Miami, FL 33155.
