Selma Brody

Selma lived a beautiful, full life. She was the devoted mother of Jeffrey and Mona, and the beloved grandmother - “Mema” of Jeremy and Melanie. In October of this past year, she joyfully welcomed her first great – grandchild, Blake Olivia, a special moment in her life.

Selma was known for her sophistication, sweetness, and gentle nature. Her warm humor and gracious spirt made a lasting impression on everyone she met. To many, she was not only family but also a cherished friend. Those who knew her describe her as sincere, elegant, and truly special – someone who carried herself with kindness and an open heart.

She loved fashion, theatre, dining, her family and her lifetime friends.

She was deeply loved and respected, and she leaves behind legacy of love, dignity, and quiet strength. Selma will be missed profoundly by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Graveside service will be held on January 23, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Lakeside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, located at 10301 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL, 33172, United States.
