Amanda Ruth Thacker, 48, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 after a long courageous battle. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a wonderful instructor with Consultant Services Training Center, and played many other roles amongst the community. She is survived by her 2 daughters: Shelby and Rebecca Hackett; father of her children, Steven Hackett; parents: Ralph and Linda Bell; brother, Samuel Thomas Bell; and a host of extended family and friends.
