Braelyn Gail Chaney, 8, passed away on March 27, 2018. She was born in Jacksonville, FL and was a member of Elevate Life Church. Miss Braelyn is survived by her parents: Phil and Kendra Chaney; brother, Patric Chaney; sister, Ava Chaney; paternal grandfather, Phil Chaney; maternal grandparents: Kenneth and Sherral Nelson; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
