

Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Don was the son of the late Bernard and Gertrude Morgan. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, where he developed the skills and work ethic that would shape his life and career. Following his military service, Don worked as a dedicated electrician, known for his integrity, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic.
Don was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ruth Morgan; his daughters, Donna Tomlinson (Travis) and Edna Westerwelle; his grandchildren, Taylor Phillips (Zach) and Christina Diley (Taylor); and his great-grandchildren, Brailey Wyatt, Emma Diley, and Jensen Singley. He also leaves behind a host of loving family members and lifelong friends who will deeply miss his warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering kindness.
He was preceded in death by his son Johnny Morgan, his brother Tommy Morgan, and his sister Bernadine Kravitz.
A Celebration of Life with Military Honors will be held in Don’s honor on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at Middleburg American Legion Post 250, located at 2608 Black Creek Drive, Middleburg, Florida 32068. All who knew and loved Donald are invited to join in commemorating a life well lived.
Don will be remembered for his service to his country, his dedication to his work, and above all, his deep love for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
