Uncle Ray or “Brother” as he was known to our family was a loyal and loving brother to our mother, Jeannette. He was kind and funny and playful with us when we were little.
I remember visiting him and was in awe of all the adventures around his home, the wood, the huge drop below when the river was low and especially the Outhouse. 
Uncle Ray was a good man who cared deeply and gave of himself freely to help mom when she needed him. He will always be remembered as “Brother” and mom’s best friend.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his son, Ernest (Theresa) Thomas Jr; 2 brothers: John Wayne Thomas and Michael Thomas; 3 sisters: Joan Thompson, Jeannette Mobley and Marilyn Dupree; 2 grandchildren: Sierra Thomas and India (Tony) Gronikowski; and 2 great grandchildren: TJ Gronikowski and Ataley Gronikowski.
