Foncie S. Carver, 74, of Keystone Heights, Florida passed away on January 14, 2021 into the Lord's loving arms. She is survived by her wonderful mother, Evelyn B. Shubert, and loving son, Mark Howard. She is also survived by her brother Carroll "Coby" (Donna) Shubert, Jr., brother William "Bill" (Brenda) Shubert, sister Evelyn "Sue" (Calvin) Cail, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Foncie retired from the Bradford County Courthouse in January 2015 where she had wonderful friends and coworkers. She enjoyed working outside in her yard as evident of all the beautiful flowers. The "Fonz" was a very special lady and will be greatly missed.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Rd., Middleburg, Florida 32068 on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 11am.
