He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Sadie E. Yates and is survived by his loving wife, Charlene Yates; son, Steven E. (Susan) Yates; 2 daughters: Debra J. Yates and Kelley E. (Rick) Yates Ganey; 2 grandsons, Matthew T. (Emmalee) Ganey and Daniel Y. Ganey; great-granddaughter, Ava Kate Ganey; cousin, Carol (David) Johnson; and a host of extended family and friends.
