Preceded in death by his parents Fern and Dwight Kearns. Survived by two daughters: Charlene Kearns of Perry, Georgia and Haley Kearns of Anchorage, Alaska. The love of his life Michelle Harsey of Perry, Georgia; Step children Tiffany Wells and Brandon Harsey of Middleburg, FL. Grandson Jasper Ketterbaugh. Sister Cindy Butler of Orange Park, FL. Three brothers: Bubba (Carmen) Kearns; Carlton (Rhonda) Taylor and Ken (Ricki) Taylor. Niece Leah Donohue and nephew James Olney.
Lewis served in the Army and after completing military service he worked in construction most of his life.
