Randy enjoyed spending time with his family, loved the outdoors, was an avid hunter, fisherman and an amazing guitar player. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Welch; 3 children: Stephen (Lauren) Welch, Jessica Welch and Kenny (Ashley) Welch; siblings: Bobby (Kim) Welch, Alison Whatley, Laurie (Alton) Branning and Greg Welch; grandchildren: Bella, Emilia, Leah, McKenzie, Mia and Nico; his best friend, Terry Bendy; and a host of extended family and friends.
