Sally is predeceased by her husband Gerald, daughter, Jill and brother, Robert. She is survived by her sons: Kevin (Kim) Leonard and Gregg (Jennifer) Leonard; grandchildren: Kati Wise, Kelsi Leonard, Randy Gainey, Brett Gainey, Aaron Leonard and Natalie Vandiver; 8 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, January 18th, 2026 at Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL.
