Thomas J. Baxter, 72, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Herguth - Baxter; 2 daughters: Riccilynn Gregus and Caseyanne (Clay) Clingan; 3 granddaughters: Elizabeth Gregus, Faith Kite, and Alexandra Aycock; brother, James Baxter; sister, Jane Baxter; and a host of extended family and friends.
Thomas will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
