Allen Eli Botney of Van Nuys, California, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014, 9 Adar II 5774. Services will be held Friday, March 14, 2014, at 11 AM, in the Groman Eden Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Allen's memory to Adat Ari El Synagogue, 12020 Burbank Blvd., Valley Village, CA 91607.
Allen is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children, Mitchell (Kathy) Botney, Richard Botney, Susan (Dubi) Vigdorovich, Carol (Les) Pock; sister, Rhoda Schneider; brother, Steven Botney (OBM); grandchildren, Tim (Aga) Maguire, Scott (Meghan) Maguire, Jessica and Lana Botney, Hanna Botney, Nitzan and Itamar Vigdorovich, and Howie and Jackie Pock; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Allen held dual Master's degrees in Law and Electrical Engineering.
Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary, Mission Hills, CA.
