Services will be held Sunday, October 9, 2016, at 2 pm, Graveside, in Eden Memorial Park. Belle is preceded in passing by her beloved husband of 47 years, Irving Warren Altman, Of Blessed Memory; and is survived by her children, Frann Altman and Joel (Cori) Altman; and her grandchildren, James and Sarah Altman.
