David is survived by his wife, Rosanne; daughter, Dana; son, Wayne; sister, Gail (Brian); and nephews: Mark and Ian (Beth).
Officiants for David’s funeral service will be Rabbi Jerry Cutler and Pastor Kenneth Pientka. Services are to be held Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 11:00 am at Groman Eden Mortuary in the Groman Eden Chapel. Burial will follow at Eden Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary.
