Dr. Harry H. Herbst of Culver City, California, passed away after a lengthy illness, on Thursday, December 12, 2013, 9 Tevet 5774. Services will be held Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 10 AM, Graveside, at Eden Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary. Dr. Herbst, a 50 year resident of Los Angeles, California, was originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He was a Captain in the United States Army, and served his country honorably. His interests included tarvelling, sports, science and medicine. Dr. Herbst is survived by his son, Dr. Mark (Marina Bekovich) Herbst; his sister, Ruth; sister-in-law, Helen; and grandchildren, Julia, Zachary, Hannah, and Charlie.
