Masse Bloomfield, age 94, of Canoga Park, CA, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 (13 Kislev 5778). Masse was born August 20, 1923 in Laconia, New Hampshire, to Harry and Ida (nee Steinberg) Bloomfield.
Masse is survived by his beloved wife, Fay Bloomfield; his daughters, Beth Bloomfield and Dina (Scott) Day; and his grandchildren, Matthew McComb, Riley Vincent, Sierra Vincent, and Samantha McComb.
Masse was preceded in death by his daughter, Ellen Bloomfield, Of Blessed Memory; and his sister, Ethel Snyder, Of Blessed Memory.
Funeral services for Masse will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Groman Eden Mortuary, concluding at graveside, in Eden Memorial Park. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Lisa Bock. Mr. Bloomfield is an Honorably Retired Lt. Colonel of the United States Air Force, and the Honor Guard will be presenting Honors at graveside.
Contributions in Masse's memory may be made to any Asthama or Cancer charity of your choice; flowers are also being accepted.
