I will always remember Stuarts sense of humor, his kindness, and his gentle nature. Stuart was more than a friend, he was a mentor and brother. I will miss our chats. And the life lessons he shared with me. Thank you for your friendship.

Stuart Tapper was our neighbor, our HOA President, and quickly became our friend. He served his community with fairness, objectivity, wisdom, and a desire to be a part of the solution.  We will remember his kind nature and his positive outlook on life. Stuart, we will miss you.
