She was preceded in death by her husband, L.C. Hamilton. She is survived by five sons; Frank (Donna), Gary (Nancy), Earl (Marie), Charles (Debbie), Jimmy (Debby). Seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren. One sister-in-law, her special nieces and nephews and her many friends.
Bessie was a long time member of East Baptist Church. Miss Bessie was a Godly woman (Proverbs 31) and she loved her Lord, her family and her friends.
A special thank you to Teresa Thomas, Janet Smith and Kay Haigler for always being there for Bessie. Thank you to Pastor Keith Whitener and Pastor Travis Byrd of Idlewild Baptist Church for visiting Bessie and for your heartfelt prayers. There will be a private graveside service at a later date with Pastor Sammy Case officiating. Memorials may be made to a Hospice of your choice. You were a Perfect Mother….Love, Your Sons.
