Wayne was preceded in death by his mother and his brother, Roger Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly; his son, Corey Smith; his daughter, Katie Bunch; his brother, John Smith; his sister, Ann Smith.
He served as a Paramedic and Operations Supervisor at Union EMS for 24 years.
A service to celebrate Wayne’s life will be 3:00PM Sunday, May 28, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.
