Mrs. Starnes was born May 30, 1927 in Union County, daughter of the late Zeb and Rossie Cagle Belk. She was also preceded in death by her husband Grady Starnes. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be 3:30 P.M. Thursday June 11, 2015 at Lakeland Memorial Park. McEwen Funeral and Cremation Service of Monroe is serving the family of Mrs. Starnes.
