He was born in Albany, NY on July 25, 1956, son of the late Ralph and Thelma Brown. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Brown; sister, Janice Brown-Nock; and by his brother, Ronald Brown.
Skip is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Kathleen O'Connell; his daughter, Tammy Brown-Wyant (George); his sons, Sean Brown and Jason Brown (Alexsandra); his grandchildren, Colton, Connor, Raelynn and Rylee.
The family has requested open hours for friends to sign register book and pay their respects Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 10:00am until 1:00pm at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Brown will follow in McEwen Funeral Home's Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow at a later date in Albany, NY.
