Mrs. Robbie Lemmond Watts

She was born May 3, 1924 in Union County, NC, the daughter of the late Mr. Arthur Paul Lemmond and the late Mrs. Leslie Mae Gamble Lemmond. In addition to her parents: she was also preceded in death by her husband: William Jackson Watts on June 27, 2006.

She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Bonnie Watts Johnson and husband Dennis of Indian Trail, NC and Ms. Dorothy Watts Blackwelder of Kershaw, SC; one son: Mr. Jerry W. Watts and wife Edith of Florence, SC; one sister: Martha Burkhart of Monroe, NC; two brothers: Mr. Jim Lemmond and wife Nancy of Waxhaw, NC and Mr. Joe Lemmond and wife Ruby of Charlotte, NC; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.

The family will receive friends and relatives for visitation Sunday April 6, 2014 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home in Monroe with funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Watts to begin at 2:00 PM in the McEwen Colonial Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Roger Johnson and the Rev. Don Thompson with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
