She was born in Walton County on January 27, 1951, daughter of the late Weymon and Mae Guthrie. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Terry Knight and Shirley Day; her brothers, Billy Guthrie and Danny Guthrie and by her niece, Sandra Ledbetter.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Buddy Lee; her sons, Mickey Lee (Christy) and Cody Joe Lee; her daughter, Connie Lee (Shawn); her grandchildren, Ashley Hope Griffin, Christina Loftin, Jessica Todd, Stephanie Todd, Garrett Lee and McKenzie Lee; her great-grandchildren, Zayleigh Albright, Eli Prakin, Jackson Sims, Holden Lee and Luke Lee; and by her sisters, Dorothy Brown, Laverne Bagwell and Brenda Asbury.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until 3:00pm Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Midway United Methodist Church. A graveside service will follow in the church cemetery. McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Lee.
