Donald Rush Jones, Jr., age 50, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013. He was a long time resident of Montgomery and practiced law in Montgomery for 23 years. He is survived by his son, Donald Rush Jones III, of Charleston, South Carolina; his mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rush Jones, Sr. of Fitzpatrick, Alabama; his brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Alan Jones, one nephew, Benjamin Joseph Jones, and one niece, Evelyn Claire Jones, of Raleigh, North Carolina; and a multitude of friends and extended family. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home at 10505 Atlanta Highway in Montgomery on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 1pm until 3pm with a graveside service following at 3pm.
