Mr. Baker was born in Kentucky to the late George Dewey and Bertha Adams Baker. He served in the United States Navy for over 20 years. He served his country during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 35 years, Ruby Baker.
Mr. Baker is survived by his children, Larry Baker, Anita Berman, Mary Crouse and Marcia Coats; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A private burial was held August 6, 2025 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
