Rev. John Clifton Folks Jr.

Reverend John C. Folks Jr. entered into eternal rest on Friday August 28, 2015. He was born June 21, 1953, to the late John C. Folks Sr. and Delores Sawyer Folks, in Pike County. At an early age He confessed Christ and took membership at Bethesda Baptist Church in Pine Level, AL. under the leadership of the late Rev. Z. L. Green. He continues as a member of Bethesda Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. L.D. Days. He later went into the US Air Force. Upon returning to Alabama he became an Ordain minister of the Old Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist in 1994; under the leadership of the late Rev. John C Folks Sr., later he joined Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, Midway, AL. in 2011, to assist His father the late Rev. John C. Folks Sr., where he served many capacities in Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. Upon Rev. John C. Folks Jr. passing He was an associate minister of the Briarhill Missionary Baptist Church, Matthew, Alabama, under the leadership of Rev. Arthur Jones. Rev. John C. Folks Jr. has 21 years of laboring in the gospel, and have severed in many capacities as instructed by his pastor.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife Patricia Sankey Folks; twelve children, John C.
