Albert was proud to have served in the United States Navy and retired from Savage Equipment after years of dedication.
Albert is survived by two brothers, Larry and Richard Owens; two sisters, Sharron Sturdivant and Imo Gene Isaaks; one aunt, Norma Owens Dennis and close friends, John and Peggy Hudson; and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Helen Elizabeth Owens; three brothers, Curtis, Ronald, and James Owens; and one sister, Helen Thomas.
Visitation for Albert will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 10am until time of services at 12noon at Hargrave Funeral Home with military honors being rendered at 11:45 by the East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad.
