Shorty was a dedicated family man and Twice retired from the oil industry.
Shorty is survived by his sons, Malcolm D. Olds, Jr. and wife Gena', Scott Olds and wife Kalisha; grandchildren, Trey Olds and Kameron Olds; sisters, Sylvia Carter, Gwen Cook and Margaret Wells.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Armstrong Olds; parents, Clyde M. Olds and Linnie Mars Olds; brothers, Charles Olds and Clyde Olds; sisters, Jean Griffin and Josephine Smith.
