Thomas Irvin Kelly Jr.

Thomas Irvin Kelly Jr., age 73, of Napoleonville, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Thomas was born October 29, 1948 in Bayou Chene, Louisiana to the late Thomas Sr. and Mary Blankenship Kelly. Captain Tom as he was known as enjoying working on boats and driving boats, playing music with his guitar and watching western movies.

A visitation for Thomas will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hargrave Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM with the Funeral Service immediately following at 10:00 AM. Thomas will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Betty Kelly and Dorothy Kelly; brothers, Roy Kelly and Lawrence Kelly; grandchild, Gabrielle L. Fereday.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 42 years, Shelley Ewing Kelly; daughter, Tammy (Michael) Rochelle Fereday; sons, Thomas “Tommy” (Micah) Kelly, III and Blaine (Chancelyn) Kelly; sister, Janelle Ray; brothers, Herbert (Dorothy) Kelly, Dallis (Betty) Kelly and Walter (Barbara) Kelly, Sr.; grandchildren, Rhett, Grant and Drew Fereday, Quentin, Cameron and Alyssa Kelly and Camren Elliott; 2 great grandchildren, Truitt Halen Fereday and Myles Thomas Kelly.

Serving as pallbearers are Thomas Kelly III, Blaine Kelly, Rhett Fereday, Quentin Kelly, Grant Fereday, Cameron Kelly, Drew Fereday, Camren Elliott and Alyssa Kelly.
