Troy Osburn

Troy Patrick Osburn, born in Morgan City and a resident of Berwick was called to his heavenly home on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the age of 49. A known jokester, Troy was a very loving and caring husband, father, brother, and son. He never knew a stranger and made many friends over his lifetime.

Troy leaves to cherish his beautiful memory: his wife, Shari Borkowski Osburn of Berwick; four children, Nicholas Osburn, Caroline Osburn, Chaz Perry, and Emilly Osburn; his parents, Eris and Janice Osburn; brother, Dwain Osburn and his wife, Shani; their children, Brittni Roy and her husband, Allan, Cade, Tyler and his fiancé, Brianne Barrilleaux, and Alexander Osburn, and their grandchildren, Hudson Roy and Aubrey Osburn; brother, Craig Osburn and his wife, Erin, and their children Zachary, Noah, and Maddie Osburn; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family requests that a time of visitation be observed on Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 9am until time of services at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Morgan City. A Christian Mass will be held for Troy at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Monsignor Douglas Courville officiating the services. Private services will be held at a later date by the family.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Jarrod Longman and all other friends and family who have kept Troy's family in their thoughts and prayers, as well as the many individuals who provided home cooked meals throughout Troy's illness. Thank You.
