Deanne Louise Larson Purdy

With hearts full of love. gratitude and sorrow, we announce the passing of our sweet mother, Deanne, also known as Debbie, Dee, Ma "P", Mom and Nina. She peacefully departed this earthy life unafraid and with a loving heart in the early morning hours of April 22. Not so coincidentally, her father passed away 30 years plus one day earlier. I am sure Daddy Dean, along with cherished family and friends, welcomed her to heaven with open arms and joyful embraces.

To our family, mom was our safe place, the keeper of confidences, family memories, and the best source of heartfelt advice and unconditional love. Some of mom's favorite things in life were animals, watching Jeopardy (don't call between 6:00-6:30!), FreeCell {73% wins with over 78,000 games played), music, books on tape, dancing, the home she loved dearly, and most of afl, her ever-growing family.

Her beautiful legacy lives on through her four children-Tammy Herivel, Sue Place, Ginger Voorhorst and Bill Purdy; her eight grandchildren- Courtney Eaton, Kim Herivel, Nikki Hamm, Katie Perkal, Amanda Lambert, Jo Lowe, Megan Schrack, and Will Purdy IV; and her 14 great-grandchildren.

Mom's life was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
