Alberta Elizabeth McClellan

Alberta was born on July 7th, 1928 to Albert and Fern Ritz in Muskegon, Michigan. Alberta went on to marry Claude “Dan” McClellan on August 31st, 1946 and the couple spent many wonderful years together. Claude and Alberta went on to have 3 children, whom they loved very much. She loved baking and cooking, but most of all, she loved being outside working on her flowers. She was a light to many, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Alberta was preceded in death by: husband, Claude “Dan” McClellan; son-in-law, Bill Dove; and grandchild, Austin.

Alberta is survived by: children, Samuel (Betty) McClellan, Brian “Buck” (Pam) McClellan, and Diane “Chickie” (Bill) Dove; grandchildren, Dan (Peggy) Dove, Bill Dove, Heath (Charity) McClellan, Amanda (Matt), Grant (Amanda), Courtney McClellan, Nicole McClellan, and Rebecca McClellan; great grandchildren, Larissa, Chelsea (Ross), Amber, LeeAnn, Braxton, Mylenia, Briley, Beckett, Skylin, Madelynn, and Andrew; as well as, great great grandchild, Avaya Marie.

There will be a memorial service held on November 8th starting at 10:00 am at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, located at 1783 E. Keating Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442.
